Text Message Terms

The program

Level Home Inspections appointment texts are sent by Level Home Inspections LLC from (540) 613-5802, our text line, to clients who agree to receive them, for example by checking the text message box when booking at book.levelinspect.com.

What we send

Messages about your inspection only: booking confirmations, a reminder the day before, arrival or running-late updates, a notice when your report is ready, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing texts.

How often

Message frequency varies. Most clients receive 1 to 5 texts per inspection.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for texts.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. You can still reach us by phone or email, and you can opt back in by replying START.

Agreeing is optional

You do not have to agree to texts to book an inspection. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
