These terms cover your use of levelinspect.com, book.levelinspect.com and the posts we share on Google, Facebook and other social media. By using them you agree to these terms.

Your inspection is covered by your agreement

Every inspection is performed under the inspection agreement you sign before it begins. That agreement describes what the inspection includes, what it does not, and the responsibilities of each side. If anything on our websites or in our posts differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

General information only

Our articles, blog posts and social media posts are general information about homes and home maintenance. They are not an inspection of your home and do not replace one. Every home is different, so talk with a qualified professional about your own situation.

Booking and payment

Booking online is a request until we confirm it. Prices shown when you book are confirmed in your agreement and invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Our content

The text, photos and logos on our websites and in our posts belong to Level Home Inspections LLC. You are welcome to share links to them. Please do not copy or republish them without asking us first.

Using the websites

Please do not misuse our websites, for example by trying to break into them, overload them, or submit false bookings. We provide the websites as they are and may change or pause them at any time.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
